Website analytics
Liive uses PostHog EU Cloud to understand which project ordering and enquiry path work best. It records only deliberate actions such as opening a project, selecting a sector, starting or completing a brief step, adding a type of reference, or submitting the brief. Automatic click capture and session recording are disabled.
Events use a random identifier that lasts only for the browser tab. Liive does not send your name, email address, answers, recording, link, filenames or file contents to PostHog, and PostHog is instructed not to create person profiles or enrich events with location. Read PostHog’s privacy information.
Language and currency preferences
When you choose a language or display currency, liive.studio stores those choices in your browser as “liiveLocale” and “liiveCurrency”. They are used only to keep the site in your chosen language and show approximate local prices. You can change either choice on the site or remove both by clearing this site’s browser storage.
While you are working on a project brief, the browser also saves its text, choices and reference link on your device so you can continue after a reload. Contact details and files are not saved in this local draft. The draft is removed after a successful submission, when you start a new brief, or when you clear this site’s browser storage.
When you contact Liive
If you send a project brief, Liive receives the name, email address, company, answers, reference project, external link and files you choose to provide. If you email instead, Liive receives the address, name and message you provide. This information is used to understand and reply to your enquiry, discuss potential work and maintain necessary business records.
Liive does not add you to a marketing list. Messages are kept only for as long as they are needed for the conversation, the professional relationship or applicable record-keeping obligations.
Voice notes, files and brief storage
Voice dictation is handled by your browser’s speech-recognition service. Liive does not receive or store the audio. The editable text becomes part of the brief only if you keep and submit it.
Submitted briefs are delivered through Resend’s EU service. Uploads stay in private Vercel Blob storage and are available to Liive only through protected download links. They are not publicly accessible and are used only for the enquiry and any resulting professional relationship.
PPC automation intake and private drafts
The PPC automation intake stores the answers you enter, including contact details, in your browser so you can continue after a reload. Attachments are not included in this browser draft. The local copy is removed after a successful submission or when you clear this site’s browser storage.
If you choose “Save & share”, Liive stores the answers in private Vercel Blob storage and creates a secret draft link. The secret stays in the link fragment and is sent to Liive only when the page requests the draft. The link expires after 30 days; an expired record is removed when it is next accessed. You can also ask Liive to delete it sooner. Submitted intake answers and redacted files are used only to evaluate and discuss the proposed automation pilot.
Service providers
Vercel hosts the website and provides private file storage, Resend delivers project briefs through its EU service, and PostHog processes the limited interaction events described above in EU Cloud. Your browser provider may process voice dictation under its own terms. Information may also be disclosed when required by law or necessary to protect the website. Liive does not sell personal information.
Your choices and rights
